Throughout my career my true passion has been helping people. Arranging mortgage financing not only allows me to help people achieve their personal and financial goals but it allows me to build a relationship with each and every client, whether they are here in California or across the country. I build my business from referrals from satisfied clients and always do my best when representing each client.

My affiliation with High Tech Lending gives me the ability to shop for the best financial package to suit your needs. I work with the professionals at High Tech Lending to fully explain the details of a loan program to you so that you can make the most informed decision regarding your mortgage or other financing needs.

I love to arrange financing for the home buyer who thought home ownership was unattainable. I enjoy completing a much needed cash-out refinance, for a customer who may have been turned down by another mortgage lender. My background, knowledge and training enable me to find the most creative solutions to the most unique situations. High Tech Lending regularly holds free credit and mortgage seminars for the public. We believe education is the key to personal success, and an educated buyer is a powerful buyer.

Prior to being in the mortgage and finance field, I owned my own business in marketing and advertising design for more than 12 years. Even then, there was a sense of helping people, and a big part of my personal satisfaction was doing the best for my clients.

My wife and I have been married for more than 30 years and residents of San Diego County that entire time. We have lived in La Jolla for over 20 years. We raised our family in this community and have been active in many civic and charitable organizations.
